Clients who have worked with Felix tend to become loyal fans. That’s because he is extremely dedicated to fully researching, understanding and applying the specialized knowledge that helps clients succeed – whether managing and getting the most benefit from co-op and condo building funds or going toe-to-toe with the IRS, state tax and labor departments or the Workers' Compensation Board. Felix’s attention to detail is legendary among New York building and business owners, as is his level of professionalism and commitment to responding to clients when they need his advice.

As treasurer of the condo association representing his own home in Brooklyn, a position he held for more than a decade, Felix is personally and professionally acquainted with the many logistical, interpersonal, legal and financial challenges of running this type of organization. He also is actively involved in the profession, serving as a member of Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums, the National Society of Accountants and sits on the board of the New York State Society of CPAs, Queens/Brooklyn Chapter.

Felix has been an overachiever all of his life. Born in Ukraine, he emigrated with his family to the United States at the age of 14. A fluent Russian speaker who learned to speak English in only eight months, he received a Special Congressional Recognition Award from Charles Schumer in junior high school. He went on to graduate with cum laude honors from Bernard Baruch College, one of the senior colleges that make up the City University of New York (CUNY).

While still in college, Felix started working part time in the accounts payable department at Altria Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, and was quickly promoted to full-time accountant, senior accountant and finally specialist in SEC financial reporting. He then moved to one of the world’s largest accounting firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided auditing and advisory services to numerous public and private clients that included L’Oreal Corp., Nature’s Bounty, EOS Airlines, General Cigar, Russell Reynolds Associates, Hubbell, Inc. and many others before starting his own firm in 2009.

When not engaged in his work, Felix enjoys chess, as well as kickboxing, swimming and soccer, and travelling with his wife and two young sons.
